LoopIn stuck after 3 days with the onchain payment confirmed but HTLC still pending

Hi,

I have a pending HTLC not resolving after a Loop In, the onchain Tx was promtpy confirmed and it's now over 400 confirmations. I don't see any particular error message in the loop logs. The web ui shows this: Screenshot InHtlc-swap-b38d24

I have restarted the litd services a couple of times, as well as LND with no changes or noticeable errors in the logs related to this swap.

using lit 0.13.1-alpha and LND 0.18.0-beta.

Any help is much appreciated. PLease let me know if you need more information. Thanks in advance
