Stuck Loops for many hours

I initiated both loops hours ago but they seem to be stuck.. How do I unstuck them..

the loop for 16,090,000 SATS, showed this error earlier "The swap cannot continue due to an internal error. Manual intervention such as a restart is required." I thought it meant restart the node and did nothing at the moment since we are billing right now and that is working fine. BUT i restarted LITD on my mac and when I got in again that error disappeared. now both are "iniciated".. I wonder if the message meant restart the node or LITD or what.. ? thanks for your help
