I am trying to use a remote FC output to open a new channel, but need some updates to the command to do so.

1. Allow sweeping to P2WSH address. Currently can only use P2TR or P2WKH In order to sweep to a new channel address

2. Search for unconfirmed rather than unspent Allow RBF since there's no "change"

3. A) Output the key derivation in the log when an eligible output is found. B) Allow specifying exact key to use rather than max Speed up the process to allow a tx to be generated before funding expiration
