Improve controlnet inpaint

Because inpainting model for sdxl has been released (controlnet union promax), now it's possible to use inpaint with pony, and in theory with SDXL AnimateDiff modls

  1. Not ignore it on hires fix
  2. Inpaint only masked, not full image
