Can't re-position image via drag and drop

This is not relating to dragging and uploading an image, it relates to an existing image already on the page. An image can't be drag/dropped to move it around the page, in the AE demo only cut/paste works.

Use case: User has dragged in an image to the wrong location or later decides to move it. Since in the workflow the image was dragged into place user finds it odd it can't be dragged to a new location.

Drag/drop works in CK Editor.
