custom integer scaling not working at y axis

Description

When adjusting custom aspect ratio, Y position isn't registering.

Expected behavior

Expecting the screen to move just as it does when I change X position.

Actual behavior

Screen not moving when values change.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open core, boot content
  2. Go into Video Settings - Scaling
  3. Turn Integer Scaling Off
  4. Add X and Y values

Bisect Results

X position is accurate, Y isn't. Y isn't moving no matter what value I put in.

Version/Commit

Android 1.9.12

Environment information

  • OS: Android 11
  • Phone: Samsung Galaxy A21S

I'm experiencing this bug too. Note that it actually works on landscape mode for me and only a bug in portrait mode.

Android 10 Aarch64 1.14.0 clean install Tested on cores: SameBoy, Snes9x, Quicknes

Exactly same issue here, works landscape but not portrait

Clean install from main website Ios 16.2

in vulkan / metal, in lg video shader not works
