Add private.coffee instance

Hi, I have added the private.coffee instance (and its .onion hidden service) to the .txt file. I wasn't sure if it makes sense to also run the scripts for generating the .json and .md files, or if that's supposed to be done by the maintainer here – if I should do that as well, just let me know!
