CS 引脚初始化问题

库中没有关于cs引脚电平初始化的代码，依赖外部cs默认电平。若cs默认电平为低，无法成功初始化。希望可以在内部加入cs电瓶初始化，提高稳定性。

Any instruction can be sent in any order to the driver. The MSB is transmitted first. The serial interface is initialized when CSX is high. In this state, SCL clock pulse or SDA data have no effect. A falling edge on CSX enables the serial interface and indicates the start of data transmission.
