Sometimes you want to disable the SpringView to work, please update to detect 'setEnabled(false)'

Thank you for your suggest , I have add a method ‘setEnabled(boolean)’ in the new version 1.2.5： compile 'com.liaoinstan.springview:library:1.2.5'

这个不超过一屏时，没有效果，这个能否设置NONE,BOTH,START,END，类似 PullRefersh 这样就比较丰富啦
