afn_use_project_root doesn't work

The setting afn_use_project_root: true doesn't work. Has anyone else faced this?

I third this. I want to use this to have afn_proj_root point toward my css folder rather than the current file I'm in. This is beneficial for SASS.

Using ST3, build 3065
