This branch has been built and the updated cgi binary has been updated for our [Dev project](https://lhcathomedev.cern.ch/lhcathome-dev/).

It seems to be working fine on LHC@home dev. I am not sure how to test the actual fix as we don't have tasks requiring over 100GB of disk.

For me idle detection is a desktop environment feature. CPU load is the default metric otherwise.

How is this different from badges?

I can't find a test for the quandl data provider which this is based on. The challenge with test this is the API key.
