Unable to remove a unused translation record through UI

As title stated, there is no way now for me to remove an unused translation record or a particular translation, such as. Japanese.

I have 15 different languages translated in our system, and found that a translation for one menu item in Japanese is not right, and I want to rethink a proper translation for it. So I tried to remove it and let it use default one, which is English, but unfortunately I was unable to remove the content through your basic UI. Everytime I remov the text, it will appear again after pressing the save button.

I used texteara as input box. Any ideas?

Besides, There also was no 'delete' button or similar to completely remove one single record based on id.
