Global scope

I will love to have global variables and global mixins. In javascript, you can declare a variable inside an script tag and access to it from another script tag.

In css, you can do in a file .border { border: 1px solid red; } and in other file .border.blue { border-color: blue; }

So, for me, it's coherent to be able to specify global variables and mixins, and access to them from other .less files.

I know that I can inherit mixins from other files importing files. But I'm using wro4j and I can't load all my CSS files in thought imports.
