Bug: ProgressRing slows down and even stops completely

Describe the bug
When switching pages/or tabs, ProgressRing (Indeterminate) slows down and even stops completely.

To Reproduce

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Also this is not an ideal solution, because the ProgressRing keeps spinning in the background and puts a load on the GPU image
