cannot slide content via touch screen

when use a device with a touch screen, content do not slide while user swiping on screen but display a mouse icon.

this problem appears when i operate the demo application. Normally,when i swipe on screen, the content in the application should scroll with my finger, but in fact, the application just dispaly a pen dot or a hand while swiping on screen but not scroll the content. maybe the wpfui dose not support touch operation.
