visual glitches
Describe the bug screen glitches when using this mod with any shaders

- enable any shader

I have the same issues. It looks like IrisFlwCompat does not support Oculus 1.8.0 because Iris is already at >=1.8.1 (The version(s) IrisFlwCompat officially supports). I guess we just have to wait until Oculus gets updated to Iris >=1.8.1.
Interestingly enough, when forcing mesa to use the zink opengl->vulkan driver, shaders mostly work as intended. Create objects are broken (do not render at all) but the visual issues are gone.
I do not recommend this route though as zink is still relatively unstable and was prone to memory leaks and gpu locks.
