tl;dr There's no option to download from Fanbox images for some reason (it's still there a few days ago, I think, which is a few days after manifest v3 update)...

之前挺好用的，更新了一下好麻烦，总算设置成和之前差不多的样子，过了几天再看结果文件命名出现问题了，看谷歌商店评论还有人反映和浏览器右键图片另存为有冲突导致图片下载框出现很慢，我也有这个问题但因为装了很多插件不确定是因为工具箱导致的
