Videos for WEBM and MP4 not always download correctly or at all

When trying to download WEBM or MP4 video, MP4 98% won't download at all for me, and if it did the file just won't be playable,

WEBM on the other hand will download most of the times but won't always remove the rar it used to make the video from, also downloading videos on pixiv toolkit 6xx take x3 the time it did from former version, I'm aware it's due to more security shenanigans but there's nothing that could be done to improve it?
