[Feature Request Image selection for mangas/novels

This is a humble feature request.

Just like for the illustration page type I'd like an image selection for the manga/novel page types. Sometimes there's only specific images from those that I'd like to download.

The UI could actually be built just like for illustration pages with multiple files: have one button download everything (just like the way it is now), and have another button open up the file selection dialog.
