[Suggsetion] Add metadata downloading

Add a feature to download the metadata of the artwork, like author name, id, hashtags, title, comment, etc., into json or plain text files.

Download metadate only？ Better to be an option for downloading artworks as zip files or into a sub folder with the metadata.
