DL single images without folders?

When I save a single picture Toolkit creates an entire new folder in the designated directory. I'd like to be able to download single images without those folders, please.

Edited to add: I have "Pack Files" switched on. The setting to not create a subdirectory is only for if "Pack Files" is off.

It is extremely annoying, I really do hope this is fixed. Even with tampering through the settings there's no way to save pictures from Pixiv through Google Chrome without having single pictures be saved into a folder.

@scampadversary If you enable the setting Pack Files, the extension should pack the images into a zip file without creating subdirectory. Could you provide the rename settings in the extension?

These are my settings. It was fine awhile back but then an update was released that caused it to stop working.

@leoding86 I already had Pack Files enabled. Anyway, I have no clue why, but the problem just kind of fixed itself for me.
