downloaded gifs play very slowly

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

-ive tried downloading 3 gifs from pixiv. when i opened them with various apps for example, photos, cool file viewer etc they played very slowly. around 20% of the original speed as seen on pixiv. this happened only with these 3 gifs all the other ones for some reason work fine.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

-i hoped the gifs would play the same speed as seen on pixiv

-ive also tried speeding up the gifs with gif tools but none of them seem to work properly
