Change the file modification date to the art upload date

Currently for each downloaded file its Last Modified Date, Creation Date, and Last Accessed Date are the same.

You can can save the art upload date in the file Last Modified Date property. It's the appropriate place for it. In fact it does the same thing as the specifying the date in the file name (in the file rename pattern). (But it's accurately to the minute, not the day (From an art info: September 18, 2020 8:00 PM, for example))

For example, Mega.nz client does so.
