export contol about electron-next

I try to incorporate electron-next to our product. For export control, I have to confirm whether Japan/US export restrictions are applied to electron-next or not. Therefore, can I have receive your support about followings?

• Is encryption technology used in electron-next? If the answer to this question is yes, please describe how this technology is used.
• Is there some certification of US restrictions (EAR)? 　(If electron-next is not US origin, certification for that is enough. the description in this issue is OK.)
