Error on view Schemas/Topics

When accessing the Topics and Schemas pages, it does not return the data and presents the following errors below.

Url : /api/schema-registry CONNECTIVITY ERROR

KAFKA REST /api/kafka-rest-proxy CONNECTIVITY ERROR

I'm, using this config, to docker-compose:

this is our kafka cluster.
