Chat closes automatically by scrolling up + title doesn't seems to draw correctly.

If you start/open any chat and scroll it up - it closes automatically. Title bar's UI seems to be broken

I confirm the same on Ubuntu since the beginning - I had mentioned it (somewhat obliquely) within e.g. this issue.
