想请问一下task3里的log/train_s2s/model下的model文件是已经训练过后模型的参数文件吗，将其作为decode的model_filename参数进行test数据摘要生成，发现对于所有的test数据生成的摘要都完全相同，并且生成的摘要内容都非常混乱，这是合理的吗。
