Time to support Ubuntu 24.04 and make it default version for Ubuntu reinstallation

Ubuntu 24.04 was released on April 25, and thus became the latest LTS version for Ubuntu distro. So it is time to add support for it and make it the default version for Ubuntu reinstallation, right? Thanks!
