@aikaterna I was able to run this just fine on my Linux aarch64 without needing to downgrade dependencies - let me know if you want me to test anything.

I ran it on [this branch of my fork](https://github.com/leetcord/Red-DiscordBot/tree/beta-deploy), but I didn't change anything about rapidfuzz.

+1 to this issue, not able to a get a stream running.

Adding a note here - the requirements in this PR are one build behind on Red-Lavalink, which will break audio compatibility with discord.py v2.

Are any PRs aside from #5924 blocking this?

This PR has been merged into my fork [here](https://github.com/L33Tech/downtify-premium).

You have to build it yourself. If there was an ".exe to run it" this would have been shut down by Spotify long ago.
