johba I guess yes, but as you said, weights can only change 10 % block to block :thinking_face: I guess there is no security disadvantage, 33% attack less likely, if every unique key gets same weight Let's write an issue, but nothing needed to be done

If we have two slots with the same tendermint key, we will have only one validator (in validators set) for that key with the same power as a validator with one slot. Not sure if it's problem
