Scroll speed control not working on Touch displays

Hi, the scroll speed control can't be moved on a touchscreen here (tested in both Chrome and Firefox on both Android and Windows 10). Is it possible to either add Touch support, or alternatively enable URL parameters so one can specify a speed through the URL? Thanks for your fantastic work!

You can now tap the slider to move the nub to any position. Didn't add dragging support yet
