Lower current for maintaining position

When holding camera in place, use a lower current than when moving.

I was planning to do this by setting the current limiting vref using the DAC on Teensy, but the new DRV8880 driver board has a four step digital current control from 25% - 100% which means even an AVR can do it.

This board has a much better voltage range also: 6.5 to 45Vcc.
