huh, why no unit tests?

"abap fs" = https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=murbani.vscode-abap-remote-fs currently not, this extension tries to find the `abaplint.json` file, which doesn't exist for abap fs sometime...

lets keep it open, it is an issue

api key: yea, probably good enough but in the general case there are multiple hosts and multiple keys/logins for each host

first step refactoring done in https://github.com/abaplint/abaplint-abap-backend/commit/baf34fdb02f78f47dae3422eaf5996eac1df96cf, did not mean to commit it to master, branch protection added this probably breaks some stuff
