No Priority 3 Messages after SAPNote 3068658

After implementing the SAP Note 3068658 you will no longer see Information / Priority 3 Messages after a ATC Check is performed.

This is due to a change of the attribute C_INFO of the Class CL_CI_TEST_ROOT from 'I' to 'N' witch leads to a return statement within CL_CI_TEST_SCAN->INFORM( ) on Line 92-94 when the customized Message Priority is Information (N).

This Issue is for Documentation / Research purposes. We have sent an issue to SAP, I will update here if there is a solution given.
