Fluent Support for Doctrine 3

This updates the extensions library to support Fluent in being compatible with Doctrine 3 and Laravel 12.

PRs also have been opened in laravel-doctrine/orm and laravel-doctrine/fluent repositories.

We are currently successfully implementing these changes in our production environment with Laravel 12 and Doctrine 3.
