Branch Flow Names

The branch flow value names (e.g. pt,pf) should be updated to follow the _fr and _to standards. What for next breaking change.

Maybe this will also allow to add a more friendly printing convention

Interesting idea. I generally find that print_summary gets the job done for me. Did you have something else in mind?

Also make sure to apply this change to dclines and make branches and dcline parameters consistent, esp. in how the variables are setup.
