1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing?

I was using a api tool to enhance dify agent, but the api is a bit slow as it's a cloud function, frequently dify would get no result because of timeout.

2. Describe the feature you'd like to see

I'd like a field timeout when submitting new tools, when timeout is set, dify would respect the setting and accept the long request.

3. How will this feature improve your workflow or experience?

It would make some cloud function usable in dify

currently this value is fixed in code.
