[Bug] Base Under Attack Audio played when placing Vehicle Factory

Steps

1. Main Menu -> Play
2. Default Plain & Simple match Human vs Simple AI
3. Start playing normally
4. After the enemy AI drone arrives and flies from unit to unit to building
5. It plays when you place the first build order for a Vehicle Factory, Aircraft Factory and Turrets

I am sure that no damage is being done.
