Reverted transactions are not getting reverted when executed with blockifier using the RPC StateReader

This issue is based on the changes introduced in #967 but the bug may also exists in the main branch. When executing a transaction that was reverted on the network (e.g https://starkscan.co/tx/0x04208287cb358bfb5f04c68dc7ef3ea1b1b6df051e09cacdda8718c619c799b7) with blockifier, it doesn't gets reverted and so results in a different state and execution info.
