Translation/Localization: Move all text into a "strings" file for easy translation

via @masterma110 by the way, do u think that make language file is a good idea? Maybe the job of translation can be done with the language used people.

I love the idea... It will be a pretty big refactor to make it happen and I will need translators.

I see that U've update something. But where is the operation can user choose the language to display? BTW if U need translator I can translate some languages as I can.

Right there is no option, as no one has translated any other languages. If you're the first, I'll make sure to include it.

When you give us an opthion and translation files, then I will try to translate it for other users an I can in my free time. And then maybe there are more and more translators join to translate it.
