Update RechargeModal to simplify bonus display and fix .gitignore

Updates the RechargeModal component to display bonus amounts as absolute values rather than percentages for clearer user understanding.

• Modified the getBonus function to return direct bonus values instead of calculating percentages of the recharge amount.
• Simplified the bonus display in the UI by replacing "Bonus" text with "+" and showing absolute values.
• Updated the preferential rules display to show cleaner, more straightforward bonus information.
• Added filtering to prevent duplicate display of special bonuses in the regular bonus rules section.
