D4: Transaction of negative amount
There is no specified limitation on what the transaction amounts may be. If user 111111 sends user 222222 (-50) Billcoin (in the form 111111>222222(-50)), there is no defined response, whether valid or invalid. Is this intended? Should we consider this an error, or pass it off as valid and "take" 50 Billcoin from 222222 to 111111?

Recall that you should think of errors other than the ones specified or given as examples. Being able to draw billcoins out of somebody else's account just by knowing the address is prima facie an error, no matter how the current banking system is set up...
Given some of the mystical properties of Billcoin, I wanted to be certain
