SYM loader pop-up not showing.

The pop up that says do you have a SYM file for this executable is not showing on latest release.

I've removed it in the last release, until I fix it.

It requires a lot of rewriting, sorry. And I still don't have a time for that.

Hoping to maybe bump this, this would be an extremely helpful feature in a lot of situations.
