Allow custom inventory item categories (color and icon)

• [ ] New category button on the create item category dropdown, when selected ask for item category name, color, and icon
• [ ] Show custom categories in the dropdown
• [ ] Add a way to manage categories - delete or edit
• [ ] Deleting a custom category moves items to "Other" that had that category
