Combine radar and round compass

Technical debt = no change for users. This will make the radar and round compasses the same in code, just with configurable layers (round compass only has overlay map layers + extra compass layers).

  • [ ] Radar overlay layer
  • [ ] Compass overlay layer
  • [ ] Remove round compass code (replacing with configurable radar compass - renamed to better describe it)
