Tool: Sound classifier (nearby sounds?)

Can be used to help people who have a hearing disability - not sure how practical it would be, since they would need to have the app open. I think it would be more useful for helping with estimating the distance to the sound source.

Should list what is detected and how loud (and if possible, estimate distance). It can list the total decibels at the top, and maybe show a spectrogram with the classifications marked. Maybe help the user navigate to the sound (getting louder might mean getting closer)

Wildlife (can be used to help know if a storm is approaching, as animal behavior will change)
