Research experiment: Determine location using geomagnetic field components

Experiment with how accurate this is (probably not very) - out of curiosity.

Inclination/down + North component may be able to determine latitude.

East component may be able to determine longitude (might have multiple hits, can be combined with the latitude / North component).

Maybe combine with declination determined from the position of the sun/moon.
