  • [ ] Generate empty fragment + layout
  • [ ] Add to nav-graph
  • [ ] Tool registration
  • [ ] Take in a tool name
  • [ ] Insert string for tool name

I don't expect many new tools, but this would help with the plugins and if people wanted to extend Trail Sense for their use.
