Redesign: Clinometer

I think this tool is simple enough and closely mimics a physical clinometer, but the camera is much easier to use.

• [x] Increase dial size (both dial and camera)
• [ ] When distance/height is being measured, replace title/subtitle and move the degree/slope to the data elements section
• [ ] Change color of the avalanche icon based on risk
• [ ] Look into showing a visual when measuring the distance / height of an object
• [x] Draw marked angle on camera (might make a separate issue)
• [x] Draw line between start and end angles on camera
