Clock: Switch between analog and digital

This was a feature request to allow swapping out the analog clock with a digital clock of the same size. While this tool displays a digital clock, the user requesting this said it would be nice to have a larger version of that available.

Add a Clock settings page and make this a setting (default Analog). Link the setting page to the Clock tool on the Tools tab.
